Main Machine Function

◆ Main driving gears are made of high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi) grinded under high temperature with 6 grade hardness of HRC58-62.
◆ Digital touch screen setting: to control and position of each print plate and slotting head/knife, to set production speed, plus count and alert function.
◆ Pulling feed wheel self-locking and quick adjusting function, with no out force to assure precision of feeding shaft..

   Servo Control Lead Edge Feeder
◆ Servo motor has quick react, precision positioning, system stability and durability. Electrical camshaft control supersedes mechanical style.
◆ Synchronous belt links feeding shaft with servo motor shaft , to eliminate connect interval of feeding wheel, to improve feeding precision and keep good alignment.
◆ Unique half-wheel, quick replacing structure, to keep consistency of feeding position, and to avoid uneven wearing on the surface of feeding wheel.

Printing Unit

◆ Foot pedal control makes hanging , adjusting , changing and cleaning of printing plate roller’s phase and axial motion adjusting.
◆ Electromagnetic clutch printing phase braking mechanism. During the machine unit being clutched off or at phase adjusting, the braking mechanism stops running of machine unit and keeps the primary printing position.

Slotter Unit

◆ 7mm width slotting heads/knives are made of alloy tool steel by heat treatment and fine ground , with sharpened endurable teeth.

Die Cutter Unit
◆ Unique differential device compensates linear velocity automatically for diameter changing of die cutting cover, to guarantee consistent precise die cutting.
◆ Mould plate roller and anvil roller can be apart by air cylinder eccentric mechanism during non-working condition in order to decrease the load of the machine and to prolong the life of the cutting mould and urethane rubber( die cutting cover).
◆ Under working , the anvil roller was set at a automatic displacement status; Different speed between anvil roller and mould plate roller was designed.
◆ The repairing device can fix/repair the urethane rubber (die cutting cover) at need ,always keep precise die cutting.
◆ Digital displayed planetary gear structure phasing adjustment mechanism to motorize adjust phase of the mould plate roller.
◆ Anvil roller and mould plate roller adopts high-grade steel with finely reground and chrome plated surface. Dynamic balancing were tested and adjusted to reach its best.

Stack Unit
◆ Connection arm has manual and automatic operation methods; quantity of connection arms can be set at will.
◆ Platform elevation and transmission motor has braking function, to prevent from down-slipping.
◆ The stacking plate can be set as both manual and automatic operation. Stacking height:1600mm
◆ Anti slipping belt used in the transport bed.
◆ A pneumatic controlled plate will pop-up to hold the coming substrate when the pre-set height reached.
